Statistics: Russia’s inflation at 0.2% in March 16–Monday
MOSCOW, Mar 24 (PRIME) -- Russia’s inflation amounted to 0.2% from March 16 through Monday and reached 2% since January 1, the Federal State Statistics Service said on Wednesday.
The sugar prices grew by 0.8%, sunflower oil by 0.5%, chicken meat by 1.5%, eggs by 1.3%, flour by 0.5%, bread by 0.2%.
The cucumber prices decreased by 9.7%, tomato prices fell by 2.8%, the potato prices rose by 3.1%, cabbage prices increased 1.5%, onion prices rose by 2%, carrot prices grew by 3.2%, and the apple prices rose by 0.1%.
The automobile gasoline prices rose by 0.3%, and diesel fuel prices increased 0.1%.
